The Dr did well explaining everything as it happened. She was very reassuring. I did not feel pain at all. I did have two concerns as a new patient. I would've preferred to complete all payments either before or after the actual procedure, and not while I'm reclined back in the chair with my mouth numb and having to pull out a form of payment. I did not appreciate that. My other concern was that maybe the assistants or dental techs can wipe the patient's mouth with vaseline or water before releasing them, seeing as how the patient's face is numb, and they can't feel all the white crud around their mouth from the teeth scraping and fluoride treatment. Just give the patients the care that you would want to receive. Overall, my first visit was good.
