Coast DentalReviews of coastdental.com

The branch in Tallahassee is taking advantage of college students. Pushing extra cost items kids say yes to because an expert is telling them to. $1800 worth of services for a cleaning. Even made her pay for an over the top X-ray when the normal x-ray is included. Don't send your college kid here. Their office told me they are of age and able to make their own decisions.

My exam and cleaning went very well. My dental hygienist was great. Dr. P is the best dentist I have had since moving to Florida. I recommend him to everyone.

After yesterday's visit my husband and I have canceled all future appointments with Coastal Dental. I went in for a cleaning and while I was in the chair I received an very expense quote. Feeling overwhelmed I did agree and paid over $500 for the procedure after insurance. I wal told the estimate before I went in was T$100. GOOD BY COASTAL

I did not feel very welcome at the location. First, the forms I filled out online the night before the appointment were not received. When I expressed disappointment to the front desk, they made me feel like I was the bad guy. The reason for my visit was for what is going to be a very extensive and time consuming effort. The doctor did not do a very good job explaining to me the procedures and timeline for what needed to be done. I had to call him back and go over things a couple times before I was informed. He seemed to be irritated by my questions. I will be seeking another option for the work I need to be done. The only good thing I can say is the location got me in quick to confirm what I thought would needed to be done.

Wonderful office, very informative and helped me to decide on a treatment plan without pressuring me to make a decision right away, Thank you!

I was okay with quality of Coast Dentist assistance. Until the middle of my dentist care, for the nurse assistance to tell me they have to contact my health insurance company to if they would pay for dentist work, which I only received x-rays at that time. Once the assistant left the room. She came back to me have to come back another day for gum treatment and deep cleaning. Because they need amp of time to see if the insurance going to pay for services that I needed. I was so mad. I this appointment one month in advance. I feel that this information should have been check out before hand. I was so excited to start getting my teeth fill and my gum treated. I was so disappointed and let down during this appointment, The facility didn't check with my health insurance. I loss 4 hours time off my job. I'm a Dissatisfied customer with Coast Dentist

One star for the office and front desk person. Four for the hygienist. She is very good,I feel bad she is stuck in that ghetto office. Most unpleasant and unprofessional person at front desk. She has no business working in that kind of profession. She’s a better fit for Walmart. I won’t ever go to coast again and will warn others.

The staff and Dentist was very professional and thorough, practically pain free. I give them a thumbs 👍🏽
