Dear J. Idowu, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re pleased to hear that your debt was successfully resolved, we’re sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with your experience in our program. It’s worth highlighting that the favorable settlement offer from your lender only came after months of your enrollment in our Commercial Debt Settlement Program. Had you chosen to remain in the program longer, we believe we could have secured an even more favorable outcome for you. Additionally, our team is committed to providing valuable resources, including seasoned legal counsel and the benefit of our long-standing industry relationships, which are often crucial for navigating complex debt matters. We understand your concerns and welcome the opportunity to address any unresolved questions, including those regarding your escrow. Please feel free to contact us directly at (888) 419-3798, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue to refine and improve our services.
