Loving the process
The communication I receive at least weekly if not more from Natasha Holder give me the comfort of knowing that they are working for me. There is not a time that I have called that she did not know what was going on this my case. Even when I have those fearful moments, she assures me that things are going well. She explains in detail where we are in the process, and she advocates for me if need be. Ms. Holder is the main reason why I can sleep at night.

Natasha - Knowlegable, Caring and Efficient
After working hard for decades, I got caught up in the MCA Merry Go Round. I finally reached the point where I could no longer get new MCA's to pay off the old MCA's. So I began contacting the many MCA settlement companies you find online. I found Coastal Debt and spoke to them over a period of 3 weeks. What "sold" me on Coastal was the awesome customer service provided to me by Natasha. She checks in with me on a regular basis and make sure everything is going smoothly. Having tons of MCA's is one thing, dealing with the companies when you default is another. Natasha has been knowledgeable and professional, but what sets her apart is her awareness of the stress and pressure her customers as they deal with the endless calls and threats you get once you decide that you need to have a 3rd party company like Coastal take over settlement process. Thanks NATASHA !!

To clarify, when you enrolled in our comprehensive 22‑week debt settlement program, the enrollment agreement clearly outlined that the fees you paid were allocated toward program setup, administrative costs, and the scheduled services provided throughout the program. At no point were any refunds promised once services had been initiated. Additionally, our records show that our team provided detailed guidance on the potential savings available through full participation in the program. Had you continued as recommended, your savings should of have been substantial. We also advised you of the potential adverse consequences of discontinuing the program. Ultimately, your decision to withdraw was made after these discussions. We regret any misunderstanding that may have arisen and remain committed to ensuring that our clients fully understand our policies and the benefits of our services. What the company is doing good at is…
What the company is doing good at is having talented/ experienced and caring professionals deal with each and every individual as all situations are different. You have to be a people’s person to to even try to relate or have already been through a similar situation as me. Frantz Cerant who is my representative and is working with me to navigate me through my situation is an amazing human being that cares and is my cheerleader at the same time.
