I went in to the Potomac MD store today at 3:30 p.m. to return a bag that I received the day before as it had a lot of scratches and frayed stitching (very surprising from coach but my last several bags have been returns for this reason). The young lady that “helped” me at the register was rude. She had a very flat affect, was unkind and didn’t even give me any contact. I was so overly kind to her as maybe she was having a bad day, which doesn’t make a difference but her service was unacceptable. She was the asian young lady. I will never shop this location again. Her and the other lady were whispering in my face (does this come with a dust bag) as though I stole the dust bag. That was crazy as I had reordered the same bag this morning in hopes that it would not be damaged as I already checked online that they were sold out at this location. The issues with Coach’s quality control as well as customer service in store and online have been enough that after this purchase I will no longer be shopping Coach.

I bought a Coach Tabby 30CY920 from Coach Outlet Gold Coast full price $1095.00 AUD Poor quality cow leather not very well treated scratches and marks on leather. Also the customer service is ridiculous selling it with all the paper wrapping not able to view bag. Since name change to Tapestry the quality and care of product and service I’m taking it into retail outlet to show I love the style but if I cannot get one where the quality of leather is not better. I’m taking the last Coach outta here Coach are pumping through bag after bag without any quality care I try not to buy outlet (retail) was out of stock! Tapestry’s greed is their undoing. Two years ago was better quality. I will not be tempted to buy again I’m done treated like a mug

I went to the Coach outlet in Dolphin Mall on May 20 to return a leather wallet. I had the original receipt. The redhead on the cash register told me that the wallet was an old wallet that showed signs of use and the leather wrist strap was not the original one. I was shocked. I had just purchased the wallet on May 15 and had never used it. She refused to accept it and told me to go back to the store where I bought it. So...on May 24 I went to the Coach outlet in Sawgrass Mills and they accepted the return with no questions. The staff at the Dolphin Mall store obviously needs some more training because they don't even recognize their own merchandise. And to accuse me of returning used merchandise is an insult. Never going back.

I only gave it 1 star because I had to! DO NOT Order anything from Coach Outlet or Coach for that matter. I was charged for 2 items never received contacted Coach Outlet got the run around for about a week and got no where! Buyer Beware! I’m actually now going to sell or donate everything I ever purchased from Coach Outlet or Coach because of this situation. I’m taking about thousands of $ I spent to just dump I may just toss it in the garbage can.

They claimed it was an empty package scam after more than 50 days had passed. I bought a bag from Coach. It showed up damaged with crushed corners and scratched leather. They had shipped it in a cheap paper bag instead of using a proper box. I sent it back the very same day with their prepaid FedEx return label. The tracking information clearly showed it got delivered to their warehouse on October 24. Someone signed for it there. The weight came in at 1.4 pounds. That was over 50 days ago. I still have not seen any refund. Their support team keeps saying the same thing. Even the team leader Jennifer Simpson repeats that the package arrived empty. They tell me to contact FedEx every time. FedEx explained that only Coach can file a claim since it was their label and account. Coach never sent any photos or real proof. They just keep sending those copy-paste responses over and over. I have spent thousands of dollars with this brand across the years. This whole thing feels straight-up unacceptable. It even seems deceptive in a way. I lost all trust in how Coach handles returns now. You should avoid them if you care about keeping your money safe. Order number is XUP35650547. After the website had a bug, my order was placed twice. They were unable to cancel the order, offer me free return shipping, and/or any other compensation. I wonder how many other people this has happened to. It's not far from being a scam. There is no process for stopping a package that is still in the warehouse, and no verification of two identical orders placed at the same time. That was the last time for me.

I have ordered a few things from the site. Ten days have gone past ant my items haven't been shipped yet. Sent emails no response. Has this ever happen to anyone else? Should I be worried that my bags won't be delivered? What should I do?
