Great service! My husband broke his foot while on vacation in Boston. We placed an online order for a wheelchair and the ETA suggested it would be 3-4 hours out. They delivered the chair to us in less than two hours so we were able to still enjoy the sights of the Boston Harbor and local area before getting to an urgent care. They picked up the wheelchair from our hotel. Very pleased and thankful for this service!

Communication was excellent. Bryan texted me ahead of drop off and pick up and it was so easy. The wheelchair I rented was in great shape, very clean and easy to use. I would absolutely use this company again.

GMS Medical went above and beyond providing me with a scooter (even swapping it out a couple of times) to meet my needs and see that both my Magic Conference followed by my family vacation were a GR8 success. I couldn't be more pleased with the premium support I received and wholeheartedly endorse using their services again...😎

I rented a scooter from Cloud of Goods for my cruise. When I got to the port, my scooter was there waiting on me. I had a very smooth pick up and delivery. I will definitely use them again.

Do not use for stroller rentals. I received a stroller that was stained, dirty, smelly and stained. I was disgusting.
