The convenience of being able to get airport delivery and pickup was so helpful as I needed it most of all when I was in ABQ rather than Santa Fe although it was handy there, too. While I have not paid the fee at other locations, I thought this ran a little high per diem. It has become a standing joke and rental rollators never come with cup holders; I later saw that I could rent or buy one but I needed it only once using the rollator to go out to the grassy knoll to watch the balloons ascend while having coffee. ( I just do not rate services with the highest number as I don't know what the "ideal" is )

Overall, Cloud of Goods' service is good. The mobile scooter was fully charged and in good working order. It was delivered to the cruise port a couple hours before our scheduled embarkation time. There were a couple things that kept it from being 5-star. First - the instructions we got when making the reservation said someone would call us the day before to confirm our embarkation time. That didn't happen. I ended up calling them late in the afternoon the day before our cruise to confirm. Second, the scooter was dropped off at the handicap drop-off location. That may be fine for most people, but we valet parked and the scooter was at the other end of the terminal. I had to walk to get it then drive it through crowds of people the entire length of the terminal to get it to my Dad. Third, I ordered the canopy for port days and I wish I hadn't. It was HUGE! We could barely maneuver the scooter through the crowds and into the elevator with it attached. This wasn't the company's fault, per se, but a smaller canopy would have been nice. Last note - We got this for a Margaritaville Islander cruise. The scooter fit through the cabin door, but with a LOT of effort. We, along with everyone else, parked it in the hall. Luckily, it didn't need to be charged at all during our cruise.

The equipment was in great condition and delivered on time. My mom was able to fully enjoy my son's wedding because she was able to move about with ease.

Clouds of Goods the parent company has looked into isuue. They were responsive and honored the full refund. They truly respect and honor our military disabled Veterans. I will try them again. They provide disabled vets the mobility freedom to enjoy the quality of life. Like the sacrifice we provide to ensure freedom to our great nation. I salute cloud of goods. US ARMY RETIRED 100% DISABLED PROUD VET. I am a 100% disabled veteran, and I rented a scooter. The scooter arrived with dead batteries. The agent then swapped out the scooter, but this one smelled like an ash tray. I told the agent that i did not want to use this scooter. He initially stated that he would give me 100% refund and would pick up the scooter. he then texted me back and told me he would not pick up the scooter and for me to keep it with no charge. I told him I would not use it, he stated he would pick up on weds. We left Thursday morning, and the scooter was still at the pickup point. He did not pick up till later on Friday. Friday night I got a call from him Juan A Hernandez who told me he would not refund any money and was very rude. I hope the parent company looks into this issue. No way to treat our Disabled Veterans.

Initial scooter, battery didn’t charge correctly, but they replaced it immediately after I notified them. Replacement was perfect and I got to enjoy my conference. All communication was via text messages with immediate response, which I appreciate. Yes if the service is this good I would use it again and again. Even left a tip! Well deserved. Thank you.

What started out as a negative experience turned into a very positive one thanks to the company controller. She went above and beyond to diffuse a situation and my extreme frustration due to being charged for an order that I didn't approve. She took charge because the customer service folks were not treating the matter with the attention it merited. She could teach a master class in providing excellent customer service and handling angry clients with grace and patience. So much so that I will definitely order from Cloud of Goods in the future. THANK YOU, A! You turned it around and knocked it out of the park.

Delivery was ok but I had a 2 minute tutorial on how to put it together unfortunately in the rain. I tried to setup pickup for a recharge on the first night that was unsuccessful. I tried to set up a pickup to return early which was unsuccessful. Product worked fine. I was a first time user so there was a learning curve. Final pickup was good. Definitely more difficult to lift in and out of car with only one person. But the scooter worked great. I think Delivery needs to come with a youtube.com video on how to use it for all the features.

I had an amazing experience with Cloud of Goods in Savannah. The only thing is that when you are booking your scooter, they don’t let you know their specific delivery hours. When I was booking my rental, it allowed me to choose any time so I believed that they would deliver at that time and I would make it to my event. But they only have specific delivery hours and I wish that was known on the website while booking. My delivery driver was more than happy to drop it off the day before and pick up the day after because when I booked it to drop it off the day of my event, the delivery driver was not available so having the hours on the site would be helpful so there is no miscommunication. Other than that, my rental worked great, it was clean, fully charged, and ready at the front desk of my hotel. Thank you cloud of goods!
