I worked with CloudHire for 3 months without receiving any salary. Repeatedly, I was told by the director (Sufiyan) that payment would be made “soon.” After continuously following up and asking seriously for my salary, I was terminated instead of being paid. When I raised my voice, I was threatened with a legal notice demanding ₹2 crore. This has not only affected me financially (I’m currently in ₹2 lakh debt) but also personally — during a medical emergency in my family, I wasn’t even paid a small amount despite multiple requests. ⚠️ Please be cautious: They are taking money from the people and not providing the refund as well , all reviews are paid. Do not trust fake reviews blindly Do not pay money for job promises Verify companies thoroughly before joining If anyone else has faced something similar, please speak up. After reading reviews here , I have canceled my plan to join this ,then their sales guys are ranting by calls and I am not answering their calls so they are starting abusing by words with calling from unknown number this guy's are fraud don't waste your hard earned money

I had set up a call with their representative after seeing their ads during my job search. Couple of things that were an instant red flag for me: 1. Disha, the CloudHire representative said my CVs ATS score was 45, whereas I had checked it already through various channels that it was actually 80. I still made a note of it and improved it myself to now be at 93. 2. She fluffed a very high salary bracket that I should be at, which seemed like an oversell in order to attract customers. Rather than a reality check, It felt like a pipe dream that was sold. 3. She showed me some profiles, and I told her that all these are for coders and SDEs, whereas I am a marketer. She couldn't show me any marketing / content strategy related profile at the moment. 4. After the call, I was told that 22,000/- needs to be paid for me to register. I said I will do my own research. 5. A day later, I mailed them a PDF highlighting certain facts, like my CVs actual ATS score verified from 3 different channels, the negative reviews posted about them online, and the best one, how I went through their website, found a person with a similar profile as mine, reached out to her on Linkedin and asked her about her experience. This person clarified that she has not got even 100 interviews from CloudHire despite meeting every requirement. It had been 4 months since her last interview. 6. This person I connected with clarified that she had asked for a refund, as CloudHire had mentioned in their USP, but had been neglected by the CloudHire team. 7. After sending all of this on email to Disha, she blocked me on WhatsApp, regular calls, and email as well. 8. I tried calling her number from a friend's phone and it says that the number is not in use. I am glad I told them flat-out that I will be doing a BG check first before paying, but I am sad to know that there would have been so many people who would have paid for this gig, and many who would have got stuck in the rut. I hope this thread reaches those in the future and makes them a bit wary about investing without doing a BG check themselves.

I am writing this to warn everyone: DO NOT give Cloudhire a single penny. They are experts at looting people under the guise of job placements and professional services. They pressured me into paying a huge amount of money with big promises, but the moment the payment cleared, they completely ghosted me. I have tried calling their support and my supposed "account manager" dozens of times—no one answers. My emails go ignored, and there is absolutely no way to get a response. They provide zero service, no job leads, and certainly no value for the thousands they charge. When I requested a refund, they went completely silent. This is a predatory company that feeds on job seekers' desperation. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere. This is a total scam!

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with any job platform. I spent almost 2 months on CloudHire, paid ₹25,000, and applied to 499 jobs — and not a single match, not one response, nothing. It’s honestly unbelievable. At this point, it seriously feels like the platform is either completely ineffective or just designed to take money without delivering any real value. How is it even possible to apply to nearly 500 jobs and get zero traction? There is no transparency, no feedback, and no sign that these applications are even reaching real employers. It feels like users are just left in the dark after paying. I completely regret spending my time and money here. I would strongly warn others to think twice before using this platform.

I paid a significant amount expecting a high-quality job search service. What followed was the exact opposite. After payment, responsiveness dropped drastically, and there has been no meaningful progress even after a month of continuous follow-ups. The most concerning part is the quality of applications being submitted on my behalf- completely irrelevant roles such as optometrist, sales roles in unrelated locations, and generic positions that have no alignment with my experience. Instead of receiving support, I have spent more time chasing their team, dealing with unresolved technical issues, and getting no accountability. Calls go unanswered, commitments are not honored, and responsibility keeps shifting. There is a clear gap between what is promised during onboarding and what is actually delivered. Based on my experience and similar patterns visible in other reviews and complaints on linkedin, I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to drop the idea and go for reliable sources like Naukri or Linkedin.

AI interview is task based but I was expecting it should be technical based. No technical questions were asked. And in AI interview easily we can manipulate the questions.

They are fake company will take your money and won't provide a service and at the end they will come up with all clause so that they don't have to return the money and provide job option which don't have any relevant to your job role and also there ai resume genrator can even generate a proper ATS Proof resume. don't waste your money on such tool who do fake promises
