I'd like to see greater engagement from the team to better understand my situation. After signing up and onboarding, no one from the team reached out to understand my context. I'm currently going through the AI interviews, but before that, the job openings I received were not in my preferred domain at all. I'm hopeful that the job openings will improve after the interviews. I truly hope my investment in this platform will yield positive results.

Update March 4th 2026. The CEO has handled my case personally and deeply apologized for his teams mishandling of my case. He has told me for transparency to keep the review and has told me I need not to modify this existing review. The sales team has lied and has been only a scam for me. I've been fighting a refund since day 2 of starting their service and they are still refusing and trying to upgrade me instead. Update: March 3rd, 2026. Only after I placed my review have they offered me a refund. However, they wont stop emailing me and calling me to sign an NDA and remove my review here to get a refund. I even told them to stop contacting me and I had to block them everywhere to have them stop. They are even telling Trustpilot that my review is fake. I've had to send Trustpilot extra verification to keep this review up. They've even had the courtesy to ask me to handle this "Professionally."

I am still in process of doing and completing my task for completing the AI Interviews. So far so good. Well equipped and designed format by CloudHire. Looking forward to land myself the dream job which is both Monetary and Job Satisfaction.

Currently I have just opened the website and I don't know what is on My plate ahead. Let's hope for the best.

I like the AI interview process. It helps sharpen candidate's technical and soft skills. The AI does not work really when it comes to applying to the jobs. I hope they will work on it.
