Hello Everyone, I was working with this company and resigned on 10th April 2026. I would like to inform you that, based on my experience, this company appears to be fraudulent. I strongly advise you not to work with or engage with this organization. They do not pay salaries on time and also fail to provide promised incentives. I worked there for two months, during which I realized the nature of their operations and decided to resign. There is a group of individuals involved, and notably, no one has successfully secured a job through them in the past year. Once you make a payment, you will not receive any support. They use an internal system (Slack), and if payments are not made or issues arise, they deactivate access without any prior notice. The entire process is designed to appear like a professional setup, but it is misleading. Please avoid working with this company. Some of the management personnel involved include: Shreya Kashyap – Senior Sales Manager (B2C) S. M. Kaif – Managing Director Akash Kotagiri – Business Development Manager You may also receive calls from other team members such as Nidhi, Ashish, Vansh, and Disha. Please do not make any payments to them. Stay cautious and informed.

I’m not a user who signed up for cloudhire, I work at a company that posted a job. Cloudhire is a an H1B spam service. If you are a job poster BEWARE. If you are an applicant, know that in my experience the way cloudhire spams employees of companies with open positions will make people want to instantly throw your resume in the trash. You appear as fake candidates and as a phishing email. Note that I have nothing to do with the job that was posted either, I think they probably scraped info from LinkedIn and mass spam emailed everyone.

I received an unsolicited call from CloudHire pushing their "Gold Plan," originally priced at ₹35,000, which the representative offered to me at a heavily discounted ₹15,000 but only if I agreed to sign up immediately during that very call. This high-pressure, limited-time tactic was the first red flag. When I asked about their job search process, the representative claimed they would apply to 3,000 jobs on my behalf within a couple of months. As a senior software engineer, I found this claim highly questionable. Mass-applying to thousands of roles without tailoring applications to specific job descriptions, company culture, or role requirements is not an effective job search strategy it can actually damage your professional reputation and result in poor-quality matches. Legitimate recruitment platforms and career services focus on targeted, quality applications rather than inflated numbers designed to sound impressive. The urgency to commit financially on the spot, combined with vague guarantees, are classic signs of a high-pressure sales pitch rather than a genuine career service. I would strongly advise fellow job seekers, especially those targeting competitive markets like the Middle East, to thoroughly research any platform before paying, ask for verifiable success stories, and never feel pressured into making instant financial decisions over a call.

I'd like to see greater engagement from the team to better understand my situation. After signing up and onboarding, no one from the team reached out to understand my context. I'm currently going through the AI interviews, but before that, the job openings I received were not in my preferred domain at all. I'm hopeful that the job openings will improve after the interviews. I truly hope my investment in this platform will yield positive results.

Total fraud Got no interviews untill 2 months now. Also their linkedin auto apply does not work even i am complaining since day 1 it has not been resolved untill now. Dont give these fraudsters your hard earned money. Avoid cloudhire at any cost

They are fraudsters. While purchasing the plan everyone will be available until night and after you get enrolled only AI Matched jobs will be sent on email, No Real interviews will happen,only AI interviews will be there. In past 4 months I got 0 calls and 0 real interviews. Complete thugs and FRAUDSTERS.

UPDATE: THEY FLAGGED MY REVIEW AS DEFAMATORY BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T BUY IT OFF. BUT TRUSTPILOT APPROVED IT. Cloudhire only refunds your money when you post a negative review - on the condition that you delete it. So I'm posting on behalf of several people I know who were trapped by them. This company is a total fraud. Please don't believe their promises at the time of sale. The CV is a total disaster - from formatting to content. Their customer service is a generic "customer care" email without account managers. Their sales staff is only available till the time your payment is processed. There's nothing, and I repeat, NOTHING good about their service. I think it is telling of a company's standard when all the latest legitimate reviews are 1 star (that is, the ones that actually stay on the platform... because they try to buy out the negative reviews). This startup is a joke. To all job seekers, who are anyway vulnerable, Cloudhire will only add to your stress. Stay as far away as possible.
