I have had a very very pathetic experience from cloud hire team. I have taken the silver plan and paid them 10k. Inspite of taking a20+ai interview and performing well in the interview , my score never goes more than 70 percent which I believe is their strategy to deny my refund. According to them they won't give refund until we get 3 certificates which seemingly impossible due to the irrelevant ai interview.
Inspiteof trying to reach the customer care and the personal coach they decline the call. Pathetic customer service
I strongly *do not *recommend this platform for anyone. I would have given a , negative rating of it was available. Such a pathetic platform. Stay away from CloudHire and save ur money

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Cloudhire. Initially, I was promised excellent services and a straightforward refund process if needed. However, after making my payment, communication completely broke down.
For the past four months, I have tried reaching out multiple times for a refund, but no one is responding. Riddhi Neve, who assured me that my concerns would be addressed, has not replied to any of my inquiries since the payment was made. It feels like I've been scammed, and I regret not doing more research before proceeding.
If you are considering Cloudhire, I would advise caution. My experience has shown that they may not follow through on their promises or provide adequate customer support. It's disheartening to feel ignored and taken advantage of after trusting this company with my money. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid similar issues.

Follow-up to My Previous Review
Follow-up to My Previous Review – Think Twice Before Choosing CloudHire
I paid ₹31,500 for CloudHire's services, and based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise people not to opt for CloudHire without carefully evaluating the service and its refund policy.
The service was extremely disappointing. The job applications were often irrelevant to my profile, several emails failed to reach their intended recipients, and I did not receive a single meaningful recruiter response that I could attribute to the service. For the amount charged, I expected much better quality and reliability.
What made the experience even worse was the refund process. I requested a refund around 1 September and followed up multiple times, giving CloudHire enough time to address my concerns. I even offered to accept reasonable deductions for applicable fees, but I still did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
My honest feedback to anyone considering CloudHire: please do not blindly trust the promises or features advertised. Research the service thoroughly, understand exactly what you are paying for, and read the refund terms carefully before spending your money. In my experience, the service was not worth ₹31,500.
I have already tried to resolve this matter directly and have been patient throughout the process. However, I am no longer willing to keep chasing the company for my money. My next step is to file a formal consumer grievance and pursue the appropriate channels for resolution.
A company should take customer complaints seriously and handle refund requests transparently and professionally. Customers should not have to send repeated emails just to get a clear answer.
My final feedback: I would not use CloudHire again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others. Think carefully before opting for this service, especially if you are planning to invest a significant amount of money. I hope others research thoroughly before making the same decision I did.

Absolutely waste of service for the…
Absolutely waste of service for the amount of money you pay, the sales call guarantees you with a job in 90 days however even after 2200 applications you dont get a single interview call or even get shortlisted. A big scam!! After money is paid the engagement of the team is zero, we need to keep emailing them and wait for them to reply. After 3 months they talk about extension of service which is another disaster where something that did not happen in 90 days will surely not happen in the extension period. Cleverly they dont have a phone line as they know how disastrous that would be with the amount of complaints they would end up getting. Please beware and dont waste your money to these scamming company cloudhire

This is an absolute scam company
This is an absolute scam company. They've gotten a lot of people to write fake reviews for them to increase the ratings, but look at 1* ratings to see the real picture, and experience of real people.
They use pressure tactics to get you to pay right on the call, so that you don't go online to see the reviews, or check what the people are actually saying about them.
1. They wouldn't help you in anyway.
2. They fetch all their jobs from linkedin. There is no different job market access that you'd be getting, but they claim it is so.
3. 99% of the jobs they apply to, you wouldn't even be legally allowed to work on.
4. In my own experience, the person who sold me the subscription literally blocked me right after 2 days when I texted her for the first time.
5. They'd almost never refund you when you realise their platform is useless, and would claim a policy you never signed.
6. The AI interviews more than half the 5* reviews are mentioning are absolutely useless, and you wouldn't get to practice anything. It's not even meant for you to practice things from there. And neither is it their USP, or the primary thing they're doing. Their job is to get you a job and apply efficiently, and they suck at it. And a single good session with any good LLM would help you prepare for the interviews better than their AI interviews.
And lastly, in my case, they asked me to delete this review, and promised to refund 2/3rd of the subscription amount if I deleted this review and never posted anything about the company on any platform. They asked me to sign a contract saying that. The review got them to let go of their refund policy as well. It's just an immoral shitty company that is there to loot you without giving any value to you.
Just don't take their subscription, and save yourself some money, and a lot of time. It wouldn't be useful to you in any way. It's absolutely useless.

Update on my CloudHire.ai experience (see my earlier post for context):
With reference to my review, giving an update on experience with ClaudeHire.
It took 45 days and a public post for anyone from CloudHire to actually call me. My emails to their support address went unanswered for over a month, and to this day there's no working point of contact — no responsive phone number, no dedicated email, just a support inbox.
When they finally called, instead of addressing the documented technical failures (data I tracked showing 0% valid results across key platform features, screenshots of broken job matching, a support ticket on record since August), they offered me a "voluntary opt-out" — with a 43.5% deduction from my ₹20,000.
To be clear: I'm not voluntarily opting out of anything. I'm asking for a refund because their platform didn't work as sold. They are still not acknowledging any technical issue on their end, despite the evidence I've shared with them directly.
I've already filed a formal grievance with India's National Consumer Helpline, and this "offer" doesn't change that.
Sharing this update so others considering CloudHire know what to expect: a response only after public pressure, and a settlement offer that still asks you to absorb their platform's failures.
Need Refund for extremely poor service by cloudhire
It was very disappointing experience – Refund denied despite unresolved service issues
I subscribed to CloudHire expecting relevant job opportunities and professional support. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
I clearly mentioned that I was looking for remote jobs matching my skills and experience, but the platform continued applying to many irrelevant positions. I spent considerable time training the AI and providing feedback, but the quality of applications did not improve.
I also paid extra for a dedicated Account Manager. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns, I did not receive the level of support or follow-up I was promised.
When I requested a refund, CloudHire initially asked me to continue with the service and assured me that my profile would be reviewed and the AI would be better aligned with my preferences. I trusted those assurances and continued.
Unfortunately, the issues remained unresolved.
I eventually requested a full refund, but CloudHire denied it, stating that I was not eligible under their refund policy.
This is extremely frustrating. I paid for a service to save time during my job search, but instead I spent my time correcting irrelevant applications, training the AI, and repeatedly following up with support.
I am not asking for additional support at this point. I simply want a fair refund for a service that I believe was not delivered as promised.
I have the complete email communication documenting my concerns, their assurances, and my repeated follow-ups.
CloudHire needs to seriously review how these customer concerns are being handled. My experience has not matched what I expected after paying for this service.

Extremely disappointing experience with Cloudhire
Extremely disappointing experience with CloudHire. I enrolled in the plan with the understanding that there was a 90-day job/refund assurance. Despite completing the 90 days and even an extended period, I did not get a job through their service. When I requested the promised refund, CloudHire simply refused. The refund assurance that influenced my decision to join was, in my experience, not honoured when it actually mattered. I feel I wasted both my money and valuable time. I would strongly advise job seekers to think twice before investing in CloudHire. Complete waste of time and money!
