One of the worst experience I have ever had, they totally oversold the product and they services, and specially "Konda nithish Goud", he was the one who sold me the service, I trusted him that he would be helping me in the journey if I get any hiccups, but he never picked up the call after selling. I had to file a consumer complaint against the company. Their platform is not worth paying the amount, and they promise that I will get 1:1 Account manager who will connect with me regularly which never happens, and also was promised that I would get proper support, so far I have sent almost 5-8 emails and no response from their side.

Completely a fake organisation. They ask to get 75℅ but they have set internallybthat youbwill never get more than 65℅. Fake fake fake Same for shine.com. this is also a big big fake

Hi, Nisarg Singh Sikarwar, this side i was told that if i dont like the services i can get my fees refunds and bow they are not receiveing my calls email and giving excuses which were not told even if i have asked for them and still they yold they will refund i have recording of the wasim ahmed sales video when he onboarded me i asked him for the refund policy he told me anyways they will refund now they are ghosting me i need to get my issue resolved or i have to go legal things now! Extremely bad service from the team. No relevant candidates were shared and there is no updates on the refund for 2 months.

Cloudhire is a fraud organization. They provided an AI powered platform to give interviews and get placed. If there are no interviews then they will refund the amount being paid. Even after such a clause they haven't paid the amount. They have kept everything under review for 3 months. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Worst company ever. Doesn't stick to their promises. Don't waste your money

they only want to register and after, They have AI interview u need to score above 75, its not possible, repeated question worst mark evaluation. waste of money to filter. dont enroll. They not even gave me payment receipt. Worst response. After 3 weeks, they block my account and now I am not able to attend AI interviews. My user ID has blocked.

Paid for a promise. Got 3 months of excuses. I paid for CloudHire's Gold membership in November 2025. Their pitch was simple — if they don't find you a job in 90 days, you get a full refund. I trusted that. I paid for that. They found me nothing. I found my own job — entirely on my own, with zero contribution from CloudHire. What followed was the most exhausting customer experience of my life: • 20+ emails over 3 months — zero resolution • Callbacks promised and never made — repeatedly • Time slots confirmed and then ignored • An executive who called once and vanished • "Internal review" used as an excuse for months on end • "Coordinating with finance" — still no refund, still no date Every single response was a copy-paste designed to exhaust me into giving up. I did not give up. This is not a one-off lapse. This is a deliberate pattern. They make the refund process so painful that most people abandon it. Do not let that happen to you. If you are a job seeker considering this platform — get every single promise in writing before you pay a rupee. Understand that even if you meet every condition they set, getting your money back will be a fight. My refund is still pending. I will update this review if and when it is resolved. Buyer beware.
