CloudfanaticReviews of cloudfanatic.net

was banned for no reason right after making a first payment. i think the reason is i am russian, so they are racists! ban reason: "ip banned due to orders" Invoice 1176332 sent on 08/24/2023. Zone: Chicago-US-Central: 1GB Ram 30GB SSD 1 vCPU - 1396f31987.instance (08/24/2023 - 09/23/2023) $2.99 USD dont try to remove my review again, you are racists!!!!!

I saw bad reviews about their support, at the moment I haven't experienced any issues yet and haven't gotten a chance to 'need' their support; interface was straightforward, the logins they sent worked, I was able to set up my VPS without issues. This one's one of the cheapest I saw online and I honestly don't expect exceptional support, therefore; if you know what you're doing then I think they're bang for the buck.

We strongly advise everyone to avoid Cloudfanatic. They just simply don't care about customers. Their customer support is pathetic - it is completely non-existent. We have tried to create support ticket and all that they keep doing is to CLOSE the support tickets WITHOUT REPLYING and you do not receive an email intimation when they close the support tickets secretly!!! You are left waiting for a reply like a fool... We asked them again and again why they are closing support tickets without answering. Again no answer.. Cloudfanatic management just keeps closing the tickets with no response. The tickets are handled by someone named "Maryia Ro" who suspended our server and took it offline saying that our payment method is not working. Because they keep retrying multiple times daily for payment, our card provider blocked Cloudfanatic and flagged Cloudfanatic as FRAUD merchant. We told Cloudfanatic to give us time, we are disappointed that you have closed ticket without bothering to respond to our problem. We have been your customers for some time and expect proper response and respectful behavior. And as all of you can understand, arranging new payment method takes time. We asked Cloudfanatic to bring our service back online in the meantime as we have visitors and web traffic to our websites worldwide and to give importance to our previous relationship with them. NO REPLY! and they went ahead and terminated our server in secret bringing all our sites down and causing severe data loss. Definitely AVOID CLOUDFANATIC! Even if you are in business with them for a long time, they will dump you in an instant without thinking! Cloudfanatic DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS!! Update in September 2023: Cloudfanatic seems to have reached out to TrustPilot because of which we received this email from TrustPilot. "Cloudfanatic would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email. If we don’t hear from you WITHIN 3 DAYS, your review may be taken offline. " We then came to TrustPilot website and saw this message from TrustPilot: "Provide Cloudfanatic with more information. This will help them write a more useful reply to you. It'll also help them verify that you’ve had a genuine experience with their business." As there is URGENCY of reply because TrustPilot gave us 3 days deadline, we visited Cloudfanatic website to provide customer support ticket numbers and so on. We were SHOCKED when we came to Cloudfanatic website and clicked Login button on their site and we saw this message in big letters on Cloudfanatic : "Your IP 43.x.x.y has been banned Ban Reason: Third world idiot Ban Expires: 09/08/2028 (07:22)" Cloudfanatic INSULTED US BASED ON OUR COUNTRY JUST BECAUSE WE WROTE AN HONEST REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT REGARDING OUR POOR EXPERIENCE!! And worse, Cloudfanatic is TRYING TO GET OUR HONEST REVIEW REMOVED FROM TRUSTPILOT by claiming to be interested to resolve our poor experience with them but ACTALLY SECRETLY BANNING us so that we cannot even provide details to Trustpilot as requested!! Definitely definitely AVOID CLOUDFANATIC!

They are fantastic value and their servers are fast! I have kept a 1 core and a 2 core for a couple years and you cannot be the price. Yes you need to know how to install and configure a lot of it from the Linux command line - but outside that they are incredibly good.

I've been with Cloudfanatic.net for years. From way back when they were known as servercheap.net They are worth 5 stars for me. They may be 1 star for you .... let me explain. If you know your way around the Command Line Interface and have some experience working with servers then you will be at home with Cloudfanatic. If you are looking for automated setup with support for questions like, "How do I make a web page so people can buy stuff" THIS IS NOT THE HOSTING COMPANY FOR YOU! You get what you pay for......I don't want to pay for all the bells and whistles of the cost of hand holding. If you submit a ticket it will be answered. If its not an emergency issue select medium priority or less. They will spend a bit more time helping you if your don't flag every issue as an emergency. I see allot of neg reviews on accounts being canceled. Pay your bill! pay it on time! They will remove your server quickly if its not paid. I wen't on vacation and forgot to pay for a server with them once. Came back.....gone. I don't blame Cloudfanatic for this.

Services 100% stable and at a great price. I looked for a long time for a stable server, with a good price and with a Gbps connection. It was the best choice.

Very dependable and cheap servers. Would recommend..

I purchased just one VPS (kvm) at a very good, price ( less than 40$/year). But the support was very good anyway, so, yes they deserve my trust.
