I asked a question about support yesterday regarding a dedicated server. They never responded and immidiately closed my account.... wtf? Good thing im not using this company

I ordered a Chicago NVME cloud server, everything went well, I set-up all my custom software and tools on it. About an hour afterwards my instance is offline and there's NO emails, NOTHING telling me what happened!!!!!! I need ANSWERS NOW and will get LEGAL INVOLVED IF NEEDED!

I purchased a VPS server and paid for it, but the service did not work from the start. When I wrote about a refund, I was banned and my account was deleted. I do not recommend them; they stole my money.

When having enough of their, not one time error charge but systematic and get a refund, they banned the account and the server I still had is deleted! O. M. F. G!! as they canceled my account without warning(!) did they refund anything? F no! I They're are scammers who steal!!! 😡 🤬 🤢 Great way to treat a customer who been a customer over a year there's been issues from the first day. I'm without words about these people and their scam.. ~$500 lost because of these scammers. Avoid at all costs!!

first time with a vps never this again. management console is a literal slideshow that cloudflare errors show up in the console and getting linux working was terrible

I purchased a VPS instance from Cloudfanatic for my WordPress project and stayed up until 3 a.m. working on it. When I checked in the morning, I found that I had been banned. I wouldn’t recommend using Cloudfanatic if you value your time and don’t want it wasted.

I was banned for attempting to order one of their services.

This company is going bad. I have a few sdervers with them, and support was always good back when the name was still Servercheap.com. The totally cut my server after a automatic payment issue, and eventually brought it back up after multiple tickets. Still have not responded when I asked them what we could do so they notify me the next time there is an issue instead of going offline.
