CloudfanaticReviews of cloudfanatic.net

Ótima empresa de VPS. Já sou cliente a quase 2 anos e recomendo 100%. Ótimo atendimento, custo benefício, qualidade e ainda dão desconto recorrente, que é algo ótimo para quem está iniciando um projeto principalmente. Host Recomendada.

I asked a question about support yesterday regarding a dedicated server. They never responded and immidiately closed my account.... wtf? Good thing im not using this company

I ordered a Chicago NVME cloud server, everything went well, I set-up all my custom software and tools on it. About an hour afterwards my instance is offline and there's NO emails, NOTHING telling me what happened!!!!!! I need ANSWERS NOW and will get LEGAL INVOLVED IF NEEDED!

I purchased a VPS server and paid for it, but the service did not work from the start. When I wrote about a refund, I was banned and my account was deleted. I do not recommend them; they stole my money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID they charge you twice for the same service month after month end when service is canceled, they KEEP charging. When having enough of their, not one time error charge but systematic and get a refund, they banned the account and the server I still had is deleted! O. M. F. G!! as they canceled my account without warning(!) did they refund anything? F no! I They're are scammers who steal!!! 😡 🤬 🤢 Great way to treat a customer who been a customer over a year there's been issues from the first day. I'm without words about these people and their scam.. ~$500 lost because of these scammers. Avoid at all costs!!

I have been using them since November 2023 and haven't had many issues. The couple of times I needed to contact support was for expanding my VPS resources and then fixing an access/ip address issue after updating the server OS. All in all, it's been a good server hosting platform. I had to learn a few things once I started the VPS as I migrated from a GoDaddy managed server to me doing it myself, but now it's in a good state and hosting 2 websites and a database.

first time with a vps never this again. management console is a literal slideshow that cloudflare errors show up in the console and getting linux working was terrible

I purchased a VPS instance from Cloudfanatic for my WordPress project and stayed up until 3 a.m. working on it. When I checked in the morning, I found that I had been banned. I wouldn’t recommend using Cloudfanatic if you value your time and don’t want it wasted.
