Absolute nightmare customer service- nationwide payment (card transaction) issues glitchy, buggy, super slow, constantly lagging, zero customer service phone numbers, zero help in rectifying any situation, liars, thieves, booking errors, OTA connection errors, you name a problem, they’ve got it. Cloudbeds operate unethically and stole my money from my account. Nothing explained or given yet they took my $389 for nothing. I wonder now if that money stolen is worth the reputation throughout the industry. Now my own legal dept. will deal with it.

Do not trust this company. We cancelled and our account was repeatedly debited, and then denied refund, zero customer service. Zero. Just try to call a human after signing up, fooled us once. Never again.

Cloudbeds is like a bike with training wheels. It severely slows you down and limits your functionality, but is very helpful if you are brand new and have no idea what you are doing. After years of seeing their ads as a premier PMS and Channel Manager, I decided to test them out on my new property. But they are made for very small properties with very slow business. We are a high-volume property with 50 check-ins a day sometimes. So things that take 2 or 3 clicks and 5 to 10 seconds in superior PMS systems like Loventis has to be done in multiple screens and dozens of clicks, taking upwards of 5 MINUTES! it is clunky, poorly designed, and ineffective. After our busy rush where I had to hire 2 extra reception staff and stay awake 24/7 for a week to deal with the slowness and lack of functionality of Cloudbeds, I wrote them and told them I can't work with the system and I'd like to disconnect and move over to MyAllocator, the Channel Manager. That was over a week ago and they still refuse to complete the changeover. For the last several days I've been halfway disconnected where I no longer have control over my inventory or pricing and can't do ANYTHING about it. Cloudbeds is holding my property hostage and we are forced to close off online bookings or risk mispricing and overbookings since we have no way to adjust or maintain anything while Cloudbeds refuses to set us free. They know that we are at their mercy so they are tanking our business because we can't use their subpar product. If you are considering trying out Cloudbeds, do yourself a favor: DON'T. If you are really that curious, it will be much faster and easier to launch an entire fake property where you can try out their slow, unhelpful product without the risk of losing your entire business because of their malicious customer service. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
