We had two cat feeders for two years and recently one stopped working and could not reset the time. I found this company online and ordered the same brand feeder which arrived in a couple days. Thanks for the quick response as the cats were confused and didn't like sharing.

This product was needed as I switched my cats to eating wet food only. There was no trouble with shipping and it arrived quickly. The product itself is a good concept, however, it can be improved. There is no bell or sound that goes off when the lid opens to make the animal aware that it's time to eat. Therefore, I am still being awaken by meows wee hours of the morning for food unless I tape a bell on the lid (which my cats take off and play with so it defeats the purpose). I'm also not a fan of using plastic bowls, fountains, etc. with my fur babies so I ordered the stainless steel bowls. When I placed my order, I did not realize that the steel bowls would have to sit in the plastic bowls which makes the cooling aspect of it almost nil. With that said, the food doesn't stay cold or cool that long unless I freeze the bowls and my pets food along with the icepack. The icepack is also pretty small and doesn't stay cool as long as I would expect - 3/4 hours max. The improvements are: Allow the stainless steel bowls to sit in the feeder without the plastic bowls, create a bigger icepack to keep food cooler and fresh for longer than 4 hours if the timer can go for a full 48 hours, and lastly, put a buzz or bell on the timer so when the lid opens the animals are aware that it's time to eat. If these improvements and more can be made I would give this product 5 stars.

Love getting the extra ice packs. I have 3 cats, now I have 3 additional bowls and 3 extra sets of icepacks. Time to tank up the pet feeders with food - swap out the bowl, the icepacks, and the kitties are back to eating again! Great products. FAST shipping, thank you!!!
