I just ordered something and they charged my account 3 times for the one item I was ordering. I was going thru Klarna to pay over time but for some reason I had two other charges for the same price going to them. Luckily my bank caught it and is returning the money. Like WTH is that Edit- it was fixed and I love the ring. Will order again. Thanks.

Great customer service! Had to send back My Bracelet because I had ordered it too small. Exchange was super easy. When the package was delayed due to airport strike, customer service reached out to me and explained the situation, even when it had nothing to do With Them. Shoutout to Pedro for going the extra mile! I now have My bracelet and the quality is excellent!
