Hello Caroline, Please accept again our deepest apologies. Cliradex Foam was is backorder. The delivery was pushed back several times. The Service Team has refunded your money in full.

Hello Jim, Our apologies for the late response. As indicated on our product page, Cliradex Foam was in backorder. Unfortunately, the expected delivery date has been pushed back. We just received an update on the shipping of the Cliradex Light Foam and it appears as though we won't be receiving stock or shipping until sometimes end of February. We apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this may cause. We are offering 3 options: 1. If you would like to keep your order open: a. We would be more than happy to send you a complimentary can of foam separately once supply becomes available. b. Or we could send you a free box of wipes to get you started. 2. Finally, we could offer you a full refund. Please let us know what you would like for us to do.
