A cooling tingling sensation is normal. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications. • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). In any case, you should rinse off and discontinue the use of the product, and consult your physician if any of these symptoms develop. While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex. If you aren't happy as a result of using our product, contact us at www.cliradex.com. The Cliradex Team
