I just want to say that I love this product, but unfortunately they use the usps which means I don't receive my product for quite a long time. I know that this problem is not relegated to just cliradex, but as customers of usps they should put pressure on them to rectify this problem, they are not the only game in town.

My eye doctor prescribed Cliradex for the dry eye symptoms I was having on 2/4/22. I ordered the Cliradex towelettes on 2/4/22. I have finally received the item today, 2/23/22! I'm very disappointed with the order. I was to use the Cliradex for 2 weeks prior to my 2/18/22 follow up visit with the eye doctor. I didn't even get them in time to use prior to the follow up. Again, I'm very disappointed. I don't think I'll order again due to the long delivery wait.

I would not order from this company again. The product is good, but the last order I made this company charged my credit card and never sent me the product. When I called they said it had been back-ordered. I believe that they are required to TELL me that. Also, by law a company cannot legally charge your credit card until they ship. This is all very fraudulent and I would not recommend this company, order the product from someone else.

I've been using Cliradex Wipes since mid-December & they are really helping with clearing up my chronic dry eye problems. Recommended by my eye doctor I now can recommend them too. They are always moist (I've used other wipes that are quite dry in comparison) and the Tea Tree Oil makes my eye lids feel truly clean.
