Cliradex was recommended by my doctor. It works but don't expect overnight results. Easy to use in the little packets. Refreshing scent from the tea tree oil. In my opinion, it is overpriced.

Recently I haven't been able to order the product on Cliradex's website. I've wasted time, and had to pay more to another source.

After waiting approximately three weeks for my order to arrive, I called Customer Service to inquire as to my order. For some reason the order never left the warehouse and wasn't scheduled for shipment at all and all this after the payment cleared my bank. I asked the agent to cancel my order which she did and offered to send me a complimentary box for which I was grateful. I ended my call with the agent and immediately went to Amazon to order a box of Cliardex which I received the following day - a good thing since I was out of Cliradex for two weeks. I finally received my order from Cliradex plus an additional box which was complimentary. That's not good business strategy. I will continue to order Cliradex through Amazon. Takes time to get used to the wipes, quite strong and burn for 30 seconds. Too pricey.

After two separate purchases, I signed up for the automatic subscription for lens wipes. After 2 deliveries, the subscription stopped with no communication. I contacted customer service to resolve the problem plus another that I was having with email delivery. I promptly received another delivery, but have heard nothing regarding the email problem. However I am very satisfied with the product and all other experiences with Cliradex.

Did not completely solve my problem, but did help.
