I like that the product does not have preservatives. I feel frustrated though because the consistency of the product changes quickly (two weeks) and I have been told by customer service that this means the product is not active anymore. So I end up throwing a lot of product away. I was also told I am not throwing product away . . . but this does not make sense to me. There is clearly product inside --it still foams -- it just does not dry as quickly.

Cliradex worked very well for me and quickly. I would recommend this for anyone.

Good product and works well. Too Expensive. Using a lower cost product now.

I have been using Cilradex for a year now and it's helped eliminate painful eye infections. I started using it after visiting my doctor for yet another eye infection. He suggested I might have a sensitivity to staph and suggested Cilradex for daily cleaning. Since then, I have been infection free. I also gave up wearing contacts and eye makeup, but still got infections before using Cilradex. I am thrilled to find such an easy to use quick treatment.

I contacted Cliradex. asking if there had been any other complaints about eye lashes falling out? I never heard back from them.
