I received the AC unit which is NOT as described but just a fan in a very cheap plastic box. Nothing works on my unit the remote control is crap and this is really bad dangerous product. I asked for refund and they refused making up an excuse.

This is a piece of garbage that doesn't cool anything. Should be called Scamify. You are throwing away your money and they do not honor a money back guarantee. If you get suckered into buying it, don't say that I didn't warn you so!

Does not cool whatsoever. Smells like toxins chemicals right out of the box. Despite promises of a 60 day money back guarantee the company refuses to refund.

My experience is about the same as many others. We got our units and they were nothing more than a fan. We contacted the company for a refund and they had us take pics, then a video and finally, we had to leave a positive review, and still we got no return info. We contacted our credit card company and they got Clamify to agree to a refund if we returned the products. The return facility is in the Netherlands and it will cost us nearly as much as we paid for this junk to return it. Today I get an email that says they WILL NOT accept the return as per their return policy. DO NOT waste your money on this product! I would give zero stars but it’s not an option!

NOT what is advertises. Awful quality - smells like burning. Is not an air conditioning unit. Feel completely ripped off. To sum it up - temperature down is written as 'Twmpterature' on the control... made in China and priced as a quality product. DO NOT BUY
