I was ripped off to the tune of 176.97 by climafy sherida for a mini spli ac unit.

Fraud they charge me 1000 USD

I paid for a unit and did not receive it. The company has failed to respond to my attempt to contact them for a refund of my funds that they received.

I would love to rate the product, but I never received my order. Climafy claimed they were not responsible, the shipping company was so but Climafy refused to submit a claim so I could be reimbursed. Screwed me for $296.00. They don't deserve a 1 star, need a negative rating.

Do Not Buy! It is a scam to get you to buy something that will not work only to find out you will be responsible for paying shipping, Customs and any other fees to send this awful product. They will not refund you any money and the customer service is very disappointing and will not care about the customers expenses nor their product.

Very good experience and I loved it

Bought the item in August 2025. Worked ok the couple of times we turned it on. Tried it again a couple of days ago and now it smells like something is burning. Contacted the company by email (as that is the only way to get a hold of them) only to be told that there is nothing they can do for us as they are out of stock and they want us to send them a video. How do you send a video of something that has a burning smell. No refund no nothing. Now we are out $230.00 CAD

This is a scam. Stay away. These people are just ripping people off with crap products and then they refuse to return the money. These people should be arrested and prosecuted for stealing people's money.
