If I could have given ZERO stars, I would have. Not only does the product not work as described, the company has been completely unresponsive about refunding the product. Their refund policy says to contact them and they'll contact you with details about the return. Well that is a lie. This is a complete scam.

This is a total rip off! It is not an ac unit its just a flimsy sleek looking fan, that does nothing but blow warm air. When trying to return it, they had me send a video of it to them, and after 2 weeks I was told it was a FINAL SALE! Bull! This company is a total sham and I will be reporting them to the BBB! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

This many air conditioning system is the biggest piece of crap. It does not even cool anything when I asked for a refund they told me it was a clearance and it could not be refunded even though on their website it says 60 day moneyback guarantee total scam save your money.

Do not purchase! I paid to have the unit returned and have now been told that I won’t get a refund as it is a sale item??? They even talked me through the returns process! I am so angry as I purchased this for our local community shop run by volunteers to support people who aren’t as mobile and need help.

Climafy is a scam. Its nothing more than a fan. If you buy it with a discount, look at the fine print as its not returnable. Which they don't make obvious, you have to read the fine print. Pure false advertising and 100% a scam.

Please don’t buy this product. It’s so cheap and ineffective, and the company does not honor their return policy. This company and their product are a joke!

If it doesn't work out of the box too bad. They mark all sales as final so they never have to refund or replace anything.

Calling this thing an air conditioner would be like calling a paper airplane a fighter jet. And of course to return the item from the US back to China costs almost $600. Complete and total scam.
