DO NOT BE FOOLED! Very disappointed with my experience with this company and their “customer service” The product doesn’t cool and when I inquired about a refund I was asked to take a picture and a video all for them to tell me it was a “Final Sale” and not eligible for return. Despite asking multiple times where this final sale and no return policy was shown on the website, I only receive a generic response and no explanation. I sent copies of their warranty and return policy- but THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT! Do not buy from this deceptive company!!

Complete scam. This device has no "AC" Colling as it claims to be on the website. And they do not stand behind the 60 day no hassle return policy they list in the website.

I received the product and the product does not work. I reached out to customer service and they will not do anything unless I pay for shipping back to China. And on top of that I would have to pay for customs to ship it back and they will not give a refund. I’ve sent a video of it not working. It’s a really bad product and a really bad company do not buy

This split unit would be great if only for heat. The air IS NOT anywhere near cold or even chill. Half the blower doesn't work. When requested return and refund, they state is was marked as final sale, which is completely false. I have screenshots showing there was 60 day return policy. I would not recommend this company. if you do, be ready to fight for a charge back.

Any positive review on here are fake! It must be. The unit is advertised as an "air conditioning unit". It is basically a very noise fan. A fan that reaches at most 1 foot and less strength than a hand held fan. Feels the strength of the fan at the back of a computer. It is listed as "60 sat money back guarantee". In there returns terms they say "final sale" items can't not be refunded. No where will you find "final sale" on the purchase. They even sent me a screen shot of the sale item and circled the price and the word "sale". 🤦🏻‍♂️ The tens do not say "sale" they say "final sale". They refuse to recognise this as an issue and have just supplied me with lots of evidence to build legal action against them. My advice is DO NOT BUY. And if you have take legal action. They are lying about their items function and pint blank ignoring their own terms. They even said to me they are just making sure it is fair... as in all customers get treated this way so they are ok with doing the same to me.

What a joke! Not much cold air comes out - and what comes out, is only somewhat cool.

An honest piece of advice: Never buy, you'll regret it. You won't get a return even though the ad is returned within 60 days.

Midadvertised as a split air conditioner and heater which it does nothing at all except heat & blow the existing hot air around with no cooling whatsoever. Far smaller than advertised as well and no way could it be an air conditioner as it is just too small to have any kind of compressor or evaporative cooling in it! COMPLETE SCAM SO AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT BUY! I am trying to initiate return for a full refund so we’ll see.
