Be aware. This product do not work. Its a scam. I ordered one unit and its giving hot air only. The company refuse to take it back, claiming its was on sale, which is not true. Please don’t buy this product

THIS IS A SCAM & A FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITHOUT DOUBT. The “air conditioner” was a very weak fan, you could only slightly feel it standing 15 cm in front of it. Spent £55 sending it back to China as advised by Climafy & the parcel came back to me. You are throwing your money away. AVOID

This unit is not as advertised. Nothing said final sale, but when I contacted customer service, they said it could not be returned due to final sale. The unit was very small, does not cool as stated in ad. The floor brackets didn't even come with all the parts. Only had it 1 day and knew it was a scam product.

UNITS DIDNT WORK AS ADVERTISED, NOISY AND DOESNT COOL A SMALL ROOM. RETURNED UNITS AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO MYSELF, WITHIN 60 DAYS AND AS INSTRUCTED BY SELLER, JUST TO LATER BUT TOLD THEY WERE END OF LINE AND SO CANT BE REFUND. WHAT? PURCHASED THROUGH PAYPAL SO WAITING FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

Item was not fit for purpose stated. Asked for refund and they refused as it was in the sale. Consumer law states if an item does not do what it is expected to do then a full refund should be given. Nikki made no attempt to offer any kind of refund and templated responses were used. I wouldn't advise purchasing from this company.

This company is a joke! Do not buy!! Watch the YouTube videos on them. They buy cheap heaters (not air conditioners) and sell them for 10X! They market them as cooling units, but they are really just very overpriced space heaters. And maybe you think, oh well it’s 60 day return policy is nice. Yeah, except they want you to send the unit back to China for them. Please! What a joke!! Do not buy. I’m telling you, any good review is fake. This company is garbage!! Thanks

The ac does not perform a standing fan puts more are out ! I reached out to them for a refund it was under my 60 days they said we can’t return cause it was open Well how do u test something if u can’t open it ! That is the dumbest thing . Don’t buy this

Buyers beware!! This company claims to be selling an air conditioning/heater unit and that is not true. This item is only a heater when you turn off the heater it just blows air. It’s very dishonest to be claiming to sell something and it’s not what they say it is. A good example you buy a hair dryer and it blows hot air, and there’s a blue button that you press so the air is not hot. That is totally what this is a hairdryer. They also claim on their website to be in California . NOT TRUE. This product come from China, and they’re cheaply made. I emailed them because I wanted to return them and someone named Sam responded, he provided with the return address and details. After a couple of days, I’d responded to his email with a tracking number. But yet he sent another email, asking if I was gonna keep the product? I think something got lost in translation here. They might be using AI to translate from English to Chinese or whatever it is that they speak. Don’t buy anything from them. They would not want to refund your money. Not true that a 60 day money back guarantee at all.
