ClickUpReviews of clickup.com

ClickUp has completely transformed how our team manages work. What stands out most is how everything lives in one place, tasks, docs, goals, and communication, which removes the chaos of switching between multiple tools. The flexibility is a major advantage. Whether it’s simple task tracking or building complex workflows with automations, ClickUp adapts well to different business needs. Features like dashboards, custom fields, and integrations make it powerful without feeling limiting. The newer updates, especially around AI and team collaboration, have made execution faster and more structured. It genuinely feels like the platform is evolving in the right direction. There is a bit of a learning curve at the start due to the number of features, but once everything is set up properly, the efficiency gains are significant. Overall, it’s a solid choice for teams that want scalability, customization, and better control over their operations.

Love the board view, managing workflows, tasks, and working within teams with it, assigning others

I've been using ClickUp for about a year now, and all I can say about this, is that it's a great platform to get the workflow going, it has really helped our company in developing better projects and activities of our own.

I’ve been using ClickUp for managing projects and team collaboration, and overall it’s been a very capable platform. It offers a huge range of features—task management, docs, goals, dashboards, and automation—all in one place, which makes it convenient compared to using multiple tools. What I appreciate most is how customizable everything is. You can structure your workspace in a way that fits your workflow, whether you're working solo or with a team. The integrations and automation features also help save time once everything is set up. That said, the platform can feel overwhelming at first. There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users trying to understand all the features and settings. Occasionally, I’ve also noticed some lag when working on larger projects. Overall, ClickUp is a powerful all-in-one productivity tool that’s worth it if you’re willing to invest some time in learning how to use it effectively.

What makes ClickUp great is how much it respects your time once you set it up. The AI Agents handle repetitive reminders and task closures automatically, no manual checking needed. Everything lives in one workspace, replacing four other tools we used to juggle. Customization is deep but never forced; you can keep it simple or go all in. The company ships updates constantly, often adding features users actually ask for. Support responds quickly when something breaks. ClickUp works hard so you don't have to.

Clickup is truly a game changer for my company and work. We went from an organized mess- messaging and collaborating across many forums, to being a buttoned up and efficient ship. We continue to lean into all the capabilites of clickup and it feels endless- try it for yourself!

I think ClickUp is a very good tool because it has helped me and my colleagues to track tasks, it's very comprehensive with important functionalities like gantt, many lists, calendars and dashboards with artificial intelligence that provide a general view of the project in one clip. While there are always areas for improvement such as calls that could have a popup window and the feature to invite more people. Or the creation of dummies users to assign tasks. Overall it is a valuable tool.
