ClickUpReviews of clickup.com

I really love using ClickUp, it boosted my organization. In my opinion there's no other app that can give you what ClickUp does. The only downside is that is is a bit pricy, when it comes to business even more. But otherwise the best.

We use ClickUp to run our projects day to day, from planning and tracking costs to handling changes as they come up. The mobile app is the real win for me: when something changes while I'm out of the office, I log it on my phone right away and the team can pick it up without me having to chase anyone. It took some time to set up the way we wanted, but now it's flexible enough to fit how we work.

I love how it has basically replaced most of the other apps i used like slack, notion, loom etc. I can handle everything from one place even ssend emails and reply to them. It's been a great experience. Highly Recommend.

I use ClickUp every day and I love it - it keeps me organized and on track!

clickup is all in one

We use ClickUp to manage our Engineering project portfolio, and it has significantly improved the visibility and organization of our work. We can centralize projects, tasks, deadlines, responsibilities, time tracking, and project stages in one place. Dashboards have been especially useful for management meetings, giving us a clear view of project progress and priorities. We have also been increasingly using ClickUp AI to summarize information and support our weekly project reviews. One of the biggest benefits has been traceability. When the team follows the defined workflow correctly, we can easily understand the history of a project, decisions made, responsibilities, and what happened at each stage. There is still room to make some advanced features more intuitive, but overall ClickUp has become an important part of how we manage Engineering projects.

ClickUp? More like F*ckUp! On the free plan, the entire Workspace gets only 60 MB of storage. Once you exceed that limit, problems start — in our case, Chat stopped working. Support confirmed that we were using 94 MB and had also hit a separate limit on the number of Chat messages. Here’s the most absurd part: after 90 days, older messages are hidden, so we can’t access them ourselves, even though their attachments may still be taking up storage. Support found a large video in Chat, but we’re now asking them to delete the messages that ClickUp won’t let us access. ClickUp can block your Chat because you’ve reached a limit while hiding the content you need to remove to free up space. If basic communication stops working and the solution is to pay or ask support to intervene, then, in my experience, ClickUp is a F*ckUp!
