I love Click Up ! Being a part of a team that manages several projects at once, it's easy to become overwhelmed or disorganized. Click Up had made it so easy for my team to stay on top of our tasks and move through projects effeciently.

I am a ClickUp user since last 1.5 Years and I have always wanted something so easy to use which could help me streamline everything in one place. This tool helps me build a better organizational structure, creates visibility for my team and has made the performance reviews absolutely easy.

We recently moved our team from Slack to ClickUp and were actively testing it. Till yesterday, we were able to send voice notes directly in Chat/DM from the desktop app and browser without any issues. Today, the feature has completely disappeared for both me and my team, leaving only the Talk-to-Text microphone option. What is most frustrating is not only the disappearance of a basic communication feature, but the support experience. The AI assistant initially provided conflicting information, claiming voice clips were never supported in desktop Chat/DM, despite the fact that we had been using them. After escalating to a human agent, I spent considerable time authenticating my account, granting workspace access, providing screenshots, and explaining the issue, only to be told that the matter would be transferred to Technical Support with an expected response time of up to 24 hours. For a platform positioning itself as an all-in-one workplace solution and a replacement for tools like Slack, core communication features should be reliable and stable. Sudden feature removals or bugs without communication create disruption for teams and undermine confidence in the platform. Very disappointing experience, especially during a critical evaluation period where we're comparing ClickUp against other collaboration tools.

The product itself is quite nice. However, After adding a limited member with collaborator -only member (which was stated as free during the process, resulted in a $216.00 charge that I had to get reversed. It turns out that adding a free limited member (view only) at no charge can trip a conversion as soon as you add the member to a group to receive notifications (still read-only). No warning is given. You will not know how you might inadvertently do something that triggers a member status conversion and get automatically whacked with a charge. Beware!

My experience with ClickUp has been very positive. I use it to manage client projects, website tasks, GoHighLevel automations, social media content, deadlines, and team communication. What I like most is that everything stays organized in one place. Tasks, comments, files, priorities, and updates are easy to track, which helps reduce missed details and unnecessary follow-ups. ClickUp Brain also helps me summarize feedback, organize notes, and create clear action steps. This saves time and makes it easier to manage multiple projects at once. The platform can feel overwhelming at first because it has many features, but once the workspace is set up properly, it becomes a powerful tool for productivity and collaboration.

I've been using ClickUp for quite some time and my overall experience is very positive. What I appreciate most is the flexibility: I manage projects, tasks and documents in a single environment, customizing the views (list, board, calendar) to match the way I work. The automations save me a lot of time on repetitive tasks, and the integration with the other tools I use is convenient. The biggest benefit is in team management: information used to be scattered across chats, emails and spreadsheets, whereas now I have everything centralized, with tasks assigned to the right people and clear deadlines and priorities. Dashboards and the different views let me track progress in real time, which means fewer alignment meetings and more on-time deliveries. The only area for improvement is some occasional technical hiccups: data doesn't always refresh immediately, so every now and then I have to reload the page to see the latest updates. Nothing blocking, but more responsive data loading would make the experience even better.
