Waited for months for my appointment that was delayed for months, just took my blood test as directed, now I get a call 2 days before my appointment that I can see a nurse practitioner or reschedule in THREE MORE MONTHS for the doctor. My wife and I don't need this in our senior years. We'll find another way to have our insurance used. GET YOUR S#$% TOGETHER CC.

Worst Hospital I’ve ever been to …GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…… very incompetent takes forever to get something done they just take your money work as slow as possible takes five or more hours to get a release so you’re sitting there doing nothing for five hours at least they waited till the last minute to tell you what’s going on, so it’s near impossible to schedule a ride home they’re unable to do the paperwork at night for some unknown reason there’s a doctor here they have all the information but yet they can’t print out a release form

Cleveland Clinic is billing its customers for outpatient hospital visits instead of regular office visits. They are stating they can do this because it is a hospital facility. Therefore, if you have a regular annual doctors’ appointments, your bill may be higher than your standard co-pay. They will charge you the co-pay when you are on site, but later on, you will receive another bill. So, in addition to paying for insurance and seeing doctors on your plan that are supposed to be co-pays, we now get to pay additional fees due to the doctors being located on or near the hospital.

Tina Resser at the Cleveland Clinic , caused my family extra stress when my husband was in the NICU. She is not a doctor and will get very defensive if you question anything she says. Stay clear of this person.

This is for the second opinion of Cleveland Clinic. I recently went there, hoping for help. It's expensive. They say they are going to read tests and reports. They did not. They gave me a protocol of meds that I found out is given to almost everyone for my condition (recurrent pericarditis). Save your money. Go to chat rooms. You will learn more and keep your money.

Cleveland clinic is the worst place you can go for a heart problem!! If I could give minus stars I would. Please don’t waste your time going there if you have a loved one who has a heart condition. My mother had been in afib for a week, she called on a Monday and it is now Friday without even a nurse or anyone returning her call. She called the nurse on her insurance card and the nurse called out to Cleveland and was told that my mother would receive a call back within 48 to 72 hours with an answer. This place is only in business for the money and could care less about your loved one. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET HELP!!!
