Since I started using the Novaflow my sinus flare ups have reduced dramatically - I used to have to spend majority of my time in bed ill with sinus issues and now I rarely have big flare ups and when I do I get back to normal quickly when using Novaflow. It took a couple months to really notice a more consistent difference but was beyond worth it.

I contacted customer support and within an hour I had a response. I was worried as I didnt get an order confirmation but was reassured quickly by the response and a tracking number was provided. Great service.

I have been using Novaflow for two weeks. I noticed it had three different modes but there were no directions included in my package about them. I emailed the company and Coney wrote me back quickly and was very apologetic about the absence of instructions. Coney let me know what the three modes were for and explained each mode in detail. The response was prompt and professional and answered my question very well. That is what I call great customer service!!
