Honestly, I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. First off, huge shout-out to Coney from customer service—super quick, helpful, and sorted everything out without any hassle. That kind of support is rare these days. As for the device itself: I love this little nose gadget. You literally feel the relief almost instantly. Anytime I feel that first tickle or early symptom of a cold coming on, I use it right away and it just knocks it out before it turns into anything real. Haven’t gotten sick once since using it. Great product and top-tier support. Highly recommend!

Here’s my honest review of the Nova Flow 1.0 I took Zyrtec twice a day, Flonase once a day and Astelin twice a day for twenty years. I had a nasal septoplasty, a tube placed in one ear, and more recently, a balloon sinoplasty. I tried an online Rx with the max ingredients they could prescribe in a nasal spray for eight months, until the price went up to $50 a month. None of it gave the relief that I’ve had since getting the NovaFlow. I use it at least once a day, and feel like a normal person most days! I’m so glad I gave NovaFlow a try!

I use the device in crisis times when nose is really running non stop and I get some relief so I am happy with the purchase. The customer service team is also really helpful and got back to me straight away when I needed help.

I have had allergies my whole life and I take meds daily, plus prescription nasal sprays when needed. Sometimes my sinuses sting, burn, and they can give me a cluster eye headache. Novaflow has been a lifesaver. I use it morning, before bed, and whenever I need it. It gives me immediate relief. The inflammation goes down so that I can breathe and no more burning and stinging.

They were very helpful! My mailbox place lost the package, and they were understanding and sent out a replacement one complimentarily. I look forward to using their product.

I can't say enough good things about Cleriva customer service. I wanted the unit that had both blue light and red light, but I ordered the wrong unit. I sent an email and they responded within hours. To my surprise, they immediately refunded my money back even though it was MY error. The unit I have is very well constructed and works as stated. I have not used the product enough yet to know if it will help but if their product is as stellar as their customer service, I'm certain that it's going to help me tremendously. This is a solid company that clearly stands behind their products.

I bought this product back in May of 2025, and right away I noticed results. At first I used it 3x a day when I'd been having allergies and constantly having to blow my nose 50 times a day (literally) from the area I was in for the route I'd been working, and right away it reduced the symptoms. To be clear, for ME, the results were subtle. I never got a gallon of mucus out our anything like what one reviewer posted, but this device definitely has an effect. I'm not someone who's usually had bad allergies. My problem is mostly just a clogged nose that reappears, and on very bad days I can use this 2-3x and it genuinely helps, but I usually just use it once a day as part of a routine. For me, the results have been subtle, but when I pay attention, I absolutely notice I have a cleaner, healthier-nose feeling from it. It works! And the customer service of this company is great. After a year of using this, I did have a problem with the device, and Coney, the support manager for Cleriva, helped me out right away! Recommended product and company
