Great device and even better customer service. Should you find that you actually need the customer service i found it excellent. Replies to a contact form in just minutes and really genuinely helpful. This cant be said for other companies. Great to see customer service taken so seriously. Highly recommend this company and devices.

After years of suffering a blocked nose, and after trying everything I thought I would give this little device a go. 10 minutes a day sat quietly with red light therapy, and what can I say. What a difference, both nostrils are clear, both stay clear throughout the night and my sleep & my wife’s sleep has improved considerably. I am hooked Bought two more units for family that suffer the same so they get to see if it makes a difference

Cleriva Customer Service was excellent in helping me resolve my issue of thinking I had ordered the newer Nova Flow 2.0 when actually I had by accident ordered the original version due to what looked confusing to me regarding the advertising about current offers on Facebook. They provided me a full refund and link to order the newer version. Appreciate the quick and efficient resolution of what was my error.

The customer service agent was patient and helpful. I had a delivery arrive late to my airbnb and I had already checked out when it arrived. So I never received it and the airbnb person didn't "find it." Then life got really lifey with some urgent family situations and I was not able to keep up on my communications with customer service. When I later found out I had not finished dealing with it and contacted customer service, they were so kind and understanding. They helped me get sorted and were even able to send me out a new one. I don't know what the product is like yet, but if it is anything like their customer service, I have very high hopes.

If you have been thinking of giving Novaflow a try, please do, safe in the knowledge that this company’s customer service is second to none. I tried Novaflow for rhinitis and post-nasal drip and whilst it hasn’t worked for me, the support I’ve received along the way has been brilliant. Coney has responded to my messages and questions really quickly and, as promised with the money-back guarantee, has refunded me. I was really hoping for some success with it but my journey continues.
