I already had the original NovaFlow and was interested in the newer model with the anti-bacterial blue light. I contacted the company to ask if there was any special discount for existing customers and they were kind enough to offer me a special discount code. Now THAT is what I call customer service!

I have been using the Nova buds for the past 11 months. They are easy to use and I wear them at work when I would ear plugs while also getting red light therapy for my ears. I use ear plugs at night and listen to a lot of podcasts or music through earphones so I like the idea of using red light therapy in my ears as a preventative.

I had an issue with the first Novaflow I ordered as it was stated to be lost by the company, but they refunded me. I did wonder if it was some sort of scam but tried again and this time received it. I used it as per the instructions twice a day but wasn't sure I was getting any clear benefit. After a couple of months I thought I would try contacting Cleriva with regard to their stated refund policy. I received a quick response checking that I had been using it in the correct way and after confirming I had they fully refunded me extremely quickly. So kudos to them for their customer service, can't say fairer than that!

I ordered the Nova Flow Intranasal Laser last spring after a long bout of colds and flu, and I was amazed by how quickly I noticed a difference. It cleared my nasal passages before bedtime, which made breathing much easier and helped me sleep more comfortably. It has now become a regular part of my bedtime routine. I’ve also found it wonderfully calming to my nervous system, and overall I feel like I’ve been experiencing fewer immune challenges since incorporating it into my routine. The customer support has been exceptional as well—efficient, kind, responsive, and communicative. I honestly can’t recommend the Nova Flow highly enough!

Service team responded promptly to my request, asked for a photo of the damage on the product, and then within the same day approved a replacement to be shipped out. This company definitely stands behind their product and their service team
