I had to cancel my order, and customer service was extremely fast and polite.

My Nova Flow bundle arrived yesterday. Naturally a skeptic I gave it ago. OMG!!! I’ve had post nasal drip since at least COVID. For the first time in years I have woken up with a completely dry, clear nose!! No mucus, no clearing my throat, no blowing my nose, nothing!! I honestly cant believe it!

Coney reached out via email to let me know there was an issue with my shipping address and got it quickly resolved and made sure my order got sent without further delay. I just really appreciate how proactively the situation was handled! Great customer service!

I contacted Cleriva to check on delivery of my order. An agent replied on the same day, having investigated the whereabouts of my package, and promised to check on its progress. The package was delivered a couple of days later. The agent’s name was Coney Angel Arcilla - a big thank you!

It is super easy to use and it works and does exactly what it says it's going to. I still had a lot of inflammation after an infection and it made my nights breathable enough so I could actually use my CPAP properly.

Excellent customer service! My delivery was going to be late, they let me know and gave me a discount. I got emails keeping me posted on my order and one on the day it was being delivered. On top of that, this device has made it possible for me to get six hours of sleep! I used to only get three at a time. I love this product.

My NovaFlow was damaged. I contacted Cleriva, asking where it could be repaired. Cleriva Support Manager contacted me by email. It was a pleasant reply which continued throughout email correspondence Cleriva has sent out a replacement for me. This was more than I originally expected. I appreciated the support given to me, following my initial email. I am thankful that Cleriva is a very good and responsible company.
