I purchased a CLERIVA approximately four months ago and found it extremely beneficial. I suffer from allergies ie dust, animals and also suffer from hayfever and nosebleeds. The CLERIVA definitely has helped all my symptoms significantly. Sadly, it broke and I contacted the company. They did ask me to send video footage showing that it’s not working but unfortunately I’d already thrown the item away as never expected to have a new one sent out to me. However, I contacted them to say thank you for the offer but unfortunately I’ve thrown the product away but they’ve still sent out a new one which I think is excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and the product?

I purchased the nasal red light therapy and I love it. I had less nasal issues almost immediate using it. I ordered one for my daughter after one week of using it. So glad I purchased it and highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service, item was delivered to wrong address by mistake, contacted cleriva and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out as a good will gesture. A***

Short delivery delay but support manager offered a part refund for the inconvenience. Product arrived shortly after in working order.

I received my Nova Flow a few months back and have now been using it regukarly for almost three months. I’ve had post nasal drip for what feels like forever, I am also prone to sinus infections on a regular basis, I can honestly say that consistent use of Nova Flow is helping me have clearer nasal passages and has improved the symptoms of post nasal drip. I am positive for the first time that I have e found something that is working for me.

Device actually provided a lot of relief.. button stopped working after about a month and customer service was awesome and sent me a replacement promptly. Would def recommend for anyone with nasal swelling!!

The support manager who answered my question,via email,after receiving the steriliser,was very quick at answering. They covered every one of my concerns and answered it clearly and fully and in a friendly way. It totally answered what I asked and reassured me
