Excellent customer service to resolve a fault. My Novaflow stopped working after a couple of months. Coney from Cleriva’s customer service team was exemplary in responding quickly and arranging a replacement to be sent. It made such a difference being treated with real courtesy and consideration.

Great customer service! My shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Response was quick and once the address was confirmed, a replacement was shipped out quickly!

Cleriva offer a money back guarantee which gave me confidence to purchase a Novoflow device. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me but Coney arranged a very quick refund for the whole amount and was kind and friendly in the email response. I’ve seen loads of reviews with people benefitting from the Novoflow and I would recommend people purchase with confidence knowing that the money back guarantee will be honoured by a company with integrity.

Received a faulty unit that would charge up. I contacted customer support and was welcomed by a genuine, caring individual named Coney, he went all out to rectify the issue in an instant, by dispatching a replacement. Yes, I am happy to post a review. It look me quite a while to make the decision to go ahead and purchase, and it was a concern to be honest. I looked at all the alternatives on other sites, and finally made the decision to go ahead after checking out loads of reviews. My experience is that my concerns were unfounded which is reassuring in this day and age when often things are not what they appear to be. I received timely updates and it was delivered without any problems whatsoever. Not sure where it was despatch from, I thought maybe America, but there were no additional charges to pay. I have in the past had to pay duty from abroad so again this was another unfounded concern. I have also had further communication with their customer service on an unrelated matter, response was quick and pleasant, and I was really happy with the outcome. This was my experience and hope it may assist anyone else who finds themselves in the same predicament.
