Received a very quick and very satisfactory reply from Coney in Customer Service following an issue i had with delivery (not their fault!). Recommended company for customer care!

Maddy was my representative amd talk about a 5 star rating, Maddy deserves more than the 5 stars. Great representative. So helpful amd very good at the job. Got back to me each and every time in a very timely manner!!! Fantastic. Resolved my issue right away too!!!! This product, the Novaflow has done wonders for my husband. No medication needed for him anymore. Novaflow is great and so is Maddy!!!! A big THANK YOU to the investors of Novaflow and to Maddy!!! I couldn't be more pleased!!!!

Saw adverts for this company amongst others on trading sites. Looked at all reviews of the product and the company, all positive. Tracking info was good up till 10 March, contacted customer service and got a reply from Maddy. She was prompt in replying, informed and polite got a follow up yesterday to say parcel completed customs, it arrived today. Can’t fault Maddy’s customer relations skills Haven’t had chance to try product tho but will be later

Although the device has not worked for me, the customer service I received from Coney was fantastic. She has been extremely helpful and I've received a refund as asked for.

The company was having a small product issue and it was taking a while to trace the glitch. My only contact was a customer service rep named (Coney). AS many know, this department can make or break a business's reputation. Well, I'm hear here to tell you if all their reps are at the same level of competency a Coney they're very fortunate and in great shape to deal with any concerns in the future. I asked to write this and in no way was I influenced. Cheers to Cleriva!

I've had some difficulty with my device charging so contacted the support team, I spoke with Coney who I kept in regular contact with as I wanted to monitor my device for a few days but still found it wasn't holding charge, I want to keep using the novaflow as I have seen the benefits after only a few uses (my partner has noticed I've not been snoring which he's happy about 😂) Coney was a great help in supporting me with my issue and has arranged for a new device to be sent to me so I can continue to feel the benefits, I was very impressed by how quickly my emails were responded to which gave me confidence in the company.
