I can’t use the laundry detergent because I am allergic to it. But I do like the washer cleaner. Works great. Wish you have some kind of spot removal.

I have found my new favorite and lifetime detergent sheets. As an environmentally aware individual, I love the fact the sheet totally dissolves in the water and does not leave a plastic pod in our water system, or fill out our landfills with unrecycled plastic containers. Another bonus as a Senior Citizen with physical impairments the ease of tossing in a sheet vs pouring from the heavy container can't be beat. I trust this brand so much, I have also ordered both the colored load tablets and white load tablets to boost laundry results. I have also ordered to washing machine cleaning tablets to dissolve any gunk buildup from constantly using my washer. The dryer sheets to control static were also a purchase of mine. A little goes a long way with each load. The overall cost per load is greatly reduced when you take advantage of the buy three get three sales!

Be careful and manage your subscriptions closely! I tried to cancel an order and was asked to log into their system to "manage" my subscriptions. After providing the order reference number and my log-in, I got an error message stating wrong order number and/or wrong email. (I double-checked BOTH and tried again - still an error). I then emailed the "support" team and in my email let them know that I had trouble using their on-line subscription management system and asked if they could please cancel it for me. They sent a LONG email back with the heading "Cancel subscription" and I foolishly thought that was a confirmation of cancellation. It was NOT! Mid way through the page it stated that I had "choices" and to confirm my choice to cancel. The email also told me that I had to follow their cancelation procedures and cancel using their on-line system. (Remember, the one that wouldn't let me cancel!?) I just received confirmation of my new order going out, because apparently I had not "followed their instructions" on how to cancel?! ...and around and around we go! Now I am told it's too late to cancel and this will be my last order and I can return it once it's received. More time wasted and a complete lack of service. Too bad for an otherwise decent product. I have since then received an apology, (from a REAL PERSON) and they have put forth efforts to correct my situation. (That was an appreciated effort, and one can hope they will ditch their "automated responses" and screen more carefully from here on out when folks reach out for support!)

I have had a couple of bags to start to disintegrate while in my trash can. it was almost a mess, but we caught it in time. Since I do not use many bags, I do not need to get them so often. I would prefer to order when needed. I especially do not use the smaller bags as much as I used to and probably have enough for the rest of my life. I am almost 86. Please let m e know how I can stop automatic orders without getting ugly. It has been a good product, although expensive, with the exception of the two bags I mentioned above. Please help. love love love these products....wish i switched sooner. Everything from the compostable bags (I got 4 sizes), the laundry boost tabs (love them so much), the fruit and veggie rinse and hand soap tabs!!! My home feels better having these products. I feel great using them. So glad I discovered this company💝

there’s some companies that advertise their products and most of the time they fall short of what they advertise, but you guys after I purchased some of your items and abuse mostly the 13 gallon bags they have proven that they work and they are what you say they do 👍👍

I love the dishcloths they don't sour like ever day dish clothes, the washing sheets I've ordered more even before I run out. My husband even noticed how shiny our flatware was with on tablet in the dishwasher and asked what did I use. And the trash bags are great too.

When I received my items they were as good as described!
