I too am happy to have a product that helps me reduce use of large plastic containers. I've been pleased with the laundry detergent in sheets. I've bought extra & I gift them to others. But, there is no information in the packages so that my friends can order more on their own. No web page, no address, no phone number. What's up with that?

I wanted to try and be more proactive in reducing the plastic I was using. When I saw the ad for CLEANOMIC, I decided to give them a try by purchasing their compostable food bags and trash bags. I like them. There is no problem to seal them and they can be washed and reused. Win, win!

WORST customer service. Have been trying to cancel my subscription with no response. Have tried their phone, chat or email. CRICKETS!

The products are decent, but managing my subscription on the website was frustrating. There were several barriers that made accessing my account nearly impossible. The CAPTCHA protocols malfunctioned, blocking me from entering the site even after successfully entering my password—which was also a hassle to create. Overall, the site’s user experience needs improvement to make managing subscriptions easier.

The way I see it though the reviews is the product is okay, not super as nothing really is, it's the CUSTOMER SERVICE & website response that needs work.
