Bull crap company. Bought a rifle...then cancelled my the same day...charge was showing as pending on my credit card....as soon as I cancelled it e to posted.... NJ ow 316.00 is tied up on my credit.....they sent me an email saying my refund is being returned as I bought the gun.....3 days later no refund.... credit card company is doing an investigation. They take the money out in five minutes and make the refund an adventure

Stay away it is not worth and I should listen to other customer review before I place my my X-Mas present. I received two defected magazines which are out of spec and or not it being describe on the company's WEBSITE. These are the reason forcing me to return both of them. Even the issue is on their product. I still have to pay once for them shipping me defected products and then again to return them. And the company also did not return the sales taxes I paid in full. For some reason, my review and comments of the product on the WEBSITE was deleted which may be this reason why most their product sold on there WEBSITE have many stars. Got zero response from Customer Service since I brought the issue to the service department. Hope this help.

The ammo is fine for the range but my main concern is with the customer service from CF. I purchased 4 cases of different caliber ammo along with other items. Everything I received was as expected except for the 9mm ammo was short 105 rounds (3 boxes only had 15 rounds each instead of the 50 it should of had) the shipping box didn’t seem to be tampered with so I assume it either happened at the factory or CF. After weeks of going back and forth with Jay and providing him with all the info and pictures he asked for he tried to blame it on fed ex who naturally denied the claim and then informed me that I was out of luck! Really! I purchased over $1200 worth of stuff and instead of doing the right thing they lost a loyal customer over $30. If you choose to buy from them you better hope there are no issues as they don’t seem to care about the customers who keep them in business

Placed an order for three magazines in March 2021. They shipped the order to the wrong address then wouldn't send a replacement order. They said they would file a claim with Fedex, but I never heard back from them. Tried to place another order for a different product on December15, 2021. Contacted them on 12/23/21 to ask for an estimated shipping date, and they said they they cancelled my order due to the previous dispute. This company clearly has no concept of customer service. STAY AWAY!!

I normally only buy from there C&R section but iv never had a problem with them fast shipping and good prices as far as surplus goes

Bought pistol, supposed to be good to very good condition, was poor, filthy, rust in the barrel, rust on the slide, rust on the sights. The pistol in the picture was not the same pistol I received as far as the model goes

Terrible customer service and customer care. Ordered 2 magazines and paid insurance in shipping. Fedex lost my order and Classic firearms response is I have to wait up to 4 weeks for them to hear back from Fedex to see about issuing a credit and nothing yet and since was mark delivered the insurancedon'tcover the items. You would think they would take care of their customer first and then wait for their credit from Fedex (part of owning a business). It was their choice to use Fedex not mine. Stay away!!

They for the most part lie about their extra warranty, if something is wrong they're going to tell you to take it to the manufacturer but if you are approved to get your stuff returned they are going to then send you part of your money you will not get your full refund they claim it's a restocking fee. This business is quite competitive I don't see why they'd want to lose customers so much just seems like they don't care.
