I do apologize for the inconvenience, but your order was canceled because we noticed a issue with our payment processor on our end so we issued you a full refund so you wouldn’t have to wait for us to receive the funds for an extended period of time to receive your order. We notified you through email and told you that you can submit your order through PayPal at the time if you wanted to continue with your order. We thought that would be the best thing to do because we didn’t want you waiting too long and your money being held up. I really do apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. - Owner

Hello, you placed your order on a Friday after our shipping cutoff time. The shipping you select is strictly for shipping not for processing time. Your order will be shipped out today and you will receive your shipping confirmation. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello, Sherry this review seems a little informative. You emailed us regarding the issue of having to pay for duty charges. We stated in our shipping policy for Canada customers that we do not cover duty charges. You never mentioned to us that the products you received were low quality. In fact our customers love our service and products and we always work with our customers to fix any issue they may have. We are a small business and misinformation like this is detrimental to our mission and business.
