I’m not happy with the process. I ordered a gun back on 06/01/2026 and still have not received my order. I kept checking their website after I made the purchase since it claimed to ship within 24hrs. I seen that my order was until review. After a few days I called them the referred me over to Willo who’s supposed to be the reviewer. Called them for day left messages. Never received a called back or text message. So I try them today 06/12/2026 finally got a live person. They checked and could not find my order I was then referred back to Classic Firearms. Who I called and spoke to Dan he told me to send a message to the order department with a copy of my drivers license which I did call them back said he didn’t see anything. Maybe another service person had picked it up wanted me to send the same information directly to him. I did that and now I wait this is oddly ridiculous. I’ve never gone through this type of process ordering a handgun online and I’ve ordered a handgun from several online stores. This will be my last time, ordering from them one way or another.

I purchased a surplus Beretta 92S several months ago. The purchase and shipping process were great. Unfortunately, I was unable to get out to the range until recently. The pistol would not fire. It is missing its firing pin plunger. When I called customer service they were unable to help. At all. I understand that it was beyond the return window, ( I don't want to return it) but an offer to provide the missing part or a credit on my next purchase would have gone a long way. Found the part. $4.37. For that, they lost a customer.

Same story as everyone else. When I first ordered, I saw the usual covid thing about delays in answering questions, etc but nothing about shipping delays. Figured it would be 7 day delay if there was a delay. Ordered on 1/24 and heard nothing for a week. Went to my order and saw the 'ready to be picked' message. Contacted customer service and got the story about changing warehouses and software but no estimate on shipping. I cancelled yesterday and wonder if I will ever see my refund. They did put out a video today that whines about moving and how items will be shipped...they just don't say when....not even an estimate. I understand they are overwhelmed but so are other dealers I've bought from....who seem to be able to ship on time and actually communicate if there is a delay. Companies live and die by their reputation. The lack of communication and bungled shipping is indicative of poor management. I hope they get their act together. Addendum: I did receive a refund to my card within 2 days. Kudos to the company for quick refunds. I will buy from them again when I can be assured that the shipping problem is resolved.

It all seemed good and dandy when I bought the m57 tokarev pistol, and it only took a week and a half to ship to my ffl. Unfortunately, there was an issue in which I needed to return the firearm (all from my end) and it took another week and a half to ship the item back. They received and signed off for the pistol 2 or 3 weeks ago and, after many attempts to ask for clarification on the refund status, I kept getting the same reply saying it's going to take basically a month without answering any of my other questions. It's very frustrating considering they took my money within a few minutes of receiving my payment info but needs over a month to give it back.

Near two weeks and my order is still processing I feel that have online items in stock And really don't have the items in warehouse so us customers have to wait longer instead of knowing to order from another company. I have to say I will not be ordering again unless they have a super deal that's better than all other gun sellers and if I'm up for a full month wait then they will be perfect 4me
