I ordered six (6) ODRx units and the first two that I opened did not work. They would not turn on (no light visible and no fan audible). I requested assistance three times and have never received a response. The twelve replacement lamps arrived about three months after they were ordered. I still have two units that do not work / never worked! And no response from anyone at the company.

They work well. What 1 started breaking a loud noise so I had to unplug it. Can you tell me maybe why it was making a loud noise?
