I had a CC that had it's information stolen. When I noticed fraudulent charges on my credit card from Clarifion, I called and explained the situation and they refused to cancel. They told me that I was in charge of getting the order returned to them, at which point they would refund my money. They refused escalation to anybody except their useless T1 support, and would not offer a callback or assistance from a manager.

We’re very sorry to hear about this experience and understand how upsetting it can be, especially when unauthorized charges are involved. That’s not the level of support we aim to provide. Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and include “TRUSTPILOT REVIEW” in the subject line so your case can be prioritized and reviewed further. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret the frustration this has caused. 💚🌿
