Although I gave a 5 * rating, it would have been nice to have had more communication post-order, ie order shipped, tracking number. Having said that, the product received was as described and I am very happy with it.

The bag I purchase was very nice and better than expected for the price. However, I did feel the handles (straps) were not in keeping with the quality of the body of the bag as they were very thin and cheap looking and feeling. I went ahead and invested in two braided leather straps that really elevated the bag’s style and I am sure the useful longevity of this piece. It was worth the extra money. Shipping of this bag took a while, but we did have winter storms that delayed shipping everywhere.

Clarendale is trying to scam me into only a partial refund, item was WAY! Too small, they advertise full refund if not satisfied. Don’t buy from this company

Horrible experience all the way around; do NOT order from this company. The pictures look beautiful, however, the product came wadded in a plastic wrapped ball, and when unrolled, I realized it was a junk rug with fake art stamped on top to look like flowers. It is less than an inch thick and I’d be embarrassed to put it in my home.

I ordered two bras two undies to the tune of $79. I ordered the largest size they had and they didn’t fit. When I contacted the company for the refund promised in their 30 day money back guarantee I was told that they would offer me a 40% refund. I responded back saying that 40% was not acceptable. I got another offer of 60% but that’s not the contract that we agreed to. The address for returns is in China. The items were shipped to me via a US warehouse. For an individual to ship something to China is extremely complicated. I suggested that returning to the warehouse address made more sense. I am done going back a forth with them. Dont get stuck with items you cannot wear backed by a guarantee that isn’t honored.

I seen these boots on the Pinterest website site and they were so cute I ordered them, it took awhile but when they came they were exactly like they were on line. The fit was perfect. Thank you

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a size small of a clothing item. They sent size medium. They offered to send correct size, but then later said they don't have it, offering me a 40% refund to just keep it. I said no--you sent wrong item and need to pay for return shipping and give me 100% refund. They declined. I am disputing charge with credit card company and all others impacted should do the same so they lose access to credit card transactions.
