I received the package in a reasonable amount of time & plugged them in. I’m waiting to see a change in our bedroom as we wake up with crusty eyes & stuffy noses. Hopefully these will eliminate all the symptoms.

I feel so dumb for not looking for consumer reviews BEFORE I trusted my stupid marketing dragnet algorithm but here I am... first off, I purchased a M in their "posture improving bra" which is my typical size in anything. I'm very reliably in almost every brand or clothing item and when I vary from that, it's typically to a smaller size now that 'vanity sizing' has become more common (if that's even really a thing). When I first received my two bras I was surprised to find NO literature or instructions in the Chinese packaging but figured it to be unnecessary since I've worn a bra for over 50yrs. The items would not even fit over my head, much less my rib cage or breasts so I emailed and was pleasantly surprised when I received an immediate reply asking for photos and more info. They were very prompt in offering a larger replacement and suggested I order XL due to my experience, which I did. I just received my replacements and have the EXACT same problem lol. The bras barely stretch over my head, don't cover my important parts but now the strap is hilariously so large it just hangs off my body when closed. I'm not sure WHAT I received but they aren't bras and certainly are NOT what I paid for... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Please people DO NOT buy anything from this company . I bought two items that were absolute garbage ! What they do is buy in bulk from China and then sell it to you for ridiculous prices . Example . I received my finger nail cutter from them after 2 months of complaining and it came in a tiny box with nothing but Chinese writing on it . Then I opened it and it was nothing more then a little circle of emery board the size of a dime and when you turned it on it vibrates until you touch it and then it stops !!!!!! I paid 29.00 for it and when you look it up on temu , that same product was 2.01 or cheaper if you buy in bulk ! Please stay away from these scammers !!

Cannot ever recommend anyone ever order from this company. After weeks of waiting Bra came with a label of medium but really an XS. Started return process by finding email online as no return information at all in package. Pictures of item requested. ClaerndaleUSA straight out of China offered a 40% refund as the correct size ordered was sent. Not the fault of customer posted chart is inaccurate. Any return shipping must be covered by consumer. I’m fighting them with a dispute to my card company now. As getting the run around and will never get exchange or return. Transferred internationally 3 times. Process of pictures of item requested all over again. CONSUMER BEWARE!! Not a reputable site!

I ordered a bra from this company. The bra was very cheaply made and it was not as advertised. The bra panels were supposed to be wide but they were not. This company will refund your money if you return the product to China, which is a hassle (even according to them). What they offer is a 60% discount, to save you the hassle of the return. (The initial discount was 40%). I would think twice about ordering from this company!

The product they sold me did not work. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the last 3 weeks! All they do is give you the runaround - please explain why? did you use the product correctly? You got a bad batch? send pictures and the latest, send a video of how you used the product! Also, I found the same item on Amazon for 1/3 of the price! Buyer beware!!!

The hair accessories were very nice but the shipping which was supposed to take 10-14 workdays, took almost one month and I was unable to gift this for Valentine’s Day.

A wonderful experience the ring was beautiful. It was size too small for me and I reached out and they were so helpful and will replace the ring to the right size.
