Poor Customer Service and very poor…
Poor Customer Service and very poor service in general. Almost three weeks after placing the order, nothing moved and I decided to cancel the order. I get the reply: “we’ll cancel the order if approved”. I cannot believe that in today’s market these rude and lazy workers and their companies are still in business. Do not bother ordering from them. China delivers super fast and good quality stuff. And no, I am not Chinese but I appreciate good service when provided.
